I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). CBT helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly & respond to them in a more effective way. IPT is used as an effective mode of treatment for mental health issues. Therapy helps to relieve systems & underlying issues.

Face to Face $110 NDIS $150 self/plan managed. Some health rebates available I am also registered with Worksafe & TAC. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
