Hi, I’m Maxi, a relationship counsellor and accredited provisional psychosexual therapist passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and others. Whether you're exploring intimacy, working through relationship challenges, or seeking a deeper understanding of your desires, I’m here to support you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. As someone who is neurodiverse, I understand how important it is to feel truly seen and accepted. Coming from a culture where sex and sexuality are often suppressed, I also understand how difficult it can be to explore your identity, desires, and relationships.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and welcoming to LGBTIQ+, kink, fetish, and poly communities. In therapy, I’ll support you in unpacking your experiences, recognising your strengths, working through inner conflicts, and building the fulfilling life and relationships you want and need.

I tailor therapy to each client, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy, EFT, Gottman Therapy, Shadow Work, Sex Therapy, and Psychosexual Therapy.
