About
As the world turns with more difficult challenges impacting our thoughts and feelings, how can the individual know themselves and their capacity to transcend external pressures? I hold the welfare of others close to my heart and strive to help anyone aiming to reduce their symptoms or issues, in order to enshrine a meaningful future. I help others gain an awareness of their inner source of potential that equips them with self-care and authentic self-knowledge, thereby becoming empowered to live and maintain a flourishing life without that lingering sense that they are enigmas to themselves.
I effectively select and apply cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and solution-focused therapy (SFT). In addition to this, I can facilitate meditation/mindfulness therapy for self-realisation and inner peace.
I am a registered counsellor with extensive experience working with neurotypical and neurodiverse youths/adults. In completing comprehensive studies in philosophy, psychoanalytic studies, while currently studying psychology, I can provide insight into ones issues and utilise a great empathic capacity to work alongside clients to resolve their concerns.
