Here you are at perhaps the hardest part of your mental health journey, which is asking for help. I aim to respond to that request first by establishing a therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe and seen. From that foundation I hope to work with you to address the challenges causing distress in your life, and to do so from a place of curiosity, understanding, and hope.
I have a background in community mental health, supporting adolescents and adults with complex histories and serious mental health concerns. I'm experienced in treating borderline personality disorder in group and individual therapy. I also have an interest in OCD and eating disorders. I routinely use CBT and ACT for stress, low mood and anxiety.
