Hi, my name is Matt and I am part of the team here at Equal Psychology (www.equalpsychology.com.au). I work with clients 16 years and older experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, relationship concerns, identity struggles, and BPD. I will work collaboratively with you to understand your needs and goals. By working with you I aim to relieve you of your distress, help you gain deeper insight, and to build resilience against knock backs. As well as individual therapy I offer ADHD screening and assessments (starting from $300).
My approach is tailored to your needs, I like to educate you on how the brain works and how it has been shaped by your lived experience. It is through this understanding that we will begin to relieve your distress and build your resilience.
I appreciate that therapy can be an intimidating, scary, or daunting experience. My aim is always to make you feel comfortable. I'm not here to judge you, instead I'm here to help you understand yourself and maybe even those around you better. If you feel we may be a good fit, you can book at equalpsychology.com.au.
