I'm a Melbourne-based UK-trained Clinical Psychologist with 20 years of experience helping individuals manage a wide range of mental health challenges. I provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, life transitions, and the emotional impact of illness. I am passionate about working with individuals from LGBTQIA+ communities and adopt an LGBTQIA+ affirmative approach to my practice. I have also specialised in supporting people navigating the psychological impacts of cancer, drawing on over 10 years of experience in working in cancer psychology services.
My professional background spans both mental and physical health settings in Australia and the UK. I bring a comprehensive understanding of the complex interplay between physical and mental health. My approach is grounded in CBT and informed by a range of psychological models, allowing me to tailor interventions to each client’s specific needs.
With compassion, warmth, professionalism, and a deep respect for individual lived-experiences, I create a safe, confidential, and affirming therapeutic space. If you would like to discuss arranging an initial session, please feel free to get in touch. Please note that I currently provide Telehealth appointments only.
