Hi, I am Masti and for the last 12 years I have been helping individuals and couples make sense of their dynamics and heal their wounds.
Whatever issues you are grappling with, we will start in a natural and supportive way, so you can explore and open in your own rhythm.
I am passionate about supporting an embodied awareness and acceptance of whatever is present for you, which naturally opens new pathways and possibilities for change. You can confidently bring a wide range of issues, my particular areas of expertise lie with complex trauma, infidelity, ambiguity, attachment wounds, grief and finding confidence in your abilities.
My approach is deeply relational, experiential and supportive. I use creative and somatic methods from a variety of approaches as well as talk therapy to invite fresh perspectives and insights. With my extensive experience in trauma and complex relational dynamics, we can explore the core of your issues safely and find practical solutions tailored to you.
