I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist originally from Pakistan, with over 15 years of experience working with couples, individuals and families in the South Asian context. I earned my degree from Northwestern University in the United States, where I studied the complex interplay between relationships, culture, and identity. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and grounded in somatic practices and inner child healing.
