I’m a clinical counsellor registered with PACFA, with over a decade of experience supporting young people, individuals, and families through life’s more challenging moments. I am also an approved counsellor with Victims Services NSW.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I draw on evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-informed approaches and Radical Exposure Tapping.
I support clients with a range of concerns - anxiety and stress, depression and low mood, trauma, emotional healing, family and relationship challenges.
I offer counselling sessions focused on supporting you through personal challenges, emotional wellbeing, relationship concerns, and life transitions in a safe and confidential space. In addition, I support young people with challenges related to identity, emotional regulation, trauma, relationships, and school pressures.
My work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and focused on creating a space where you feel safe, understood and respected. Clients often describe me as approachable, honest, and deeply committed. My goal is to help you feel heard and supported as you work through challenges or move toward a clearer understanding of yourself.
