I have 17 years experience as a counsellor, from being a school counselor to managing a woman's crisis refuge and in private practice. Counselling is a safe and confidential space where you are able to express yourself without judgment and where you will become more aware of who you are. This unique environment helps you overcome life-speed bumps and place of personal growth and empowers you to become the best you.
I am a mother, a wife, and a grandmother. My lived experience has led me to 17 years of counselling and education in counselling. I have worked with youth and the homeless and managed a women's shelter, NDIS, and my experience is vast. The variety of therapies I use will be industry-current, evidence-based, and best suited to the individual client.
We were not created to carry our burdens or even try to process them on our own. Allow counselling a chance by trusting someone who will work collaboratively with you. This genuine empathy and therapy assist in journeying with you out of your current difficulty and into the reality and light of truth.
