Former Deputy person in charge at Pregnancy Assistance a Catholic Charity involving FDV, infertility, unplanned or stressful pregnancies, pregnancy loss, which includes miscarriage and post abortion trauma,
I also see pre-teens and teens who are struggling with parental separation or divorce, depression, body image issues, low self-esteem, mood, grief, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Furthermore, I work with those who are finding life transitions, anxiety, stress, and depression challenging.
Client goals include drawing on strengths, working on developing skills to cope and discovering ways to enhance overall well-being.
I can help by providing support through these challenges initially by creating a safe space for you to be heard. There are opportunities to learn practical coping skills and utilise strength-based interventions to work through grief, challenge negative thoughts, manage and understand symptoms to enable individuals to work towards healing and flourishing.
