Young Women's Counselling Group
Virtual & Face to face ($40/person). 1st Mondays of the month. This sessions aims to provide insights from other women's informed lived experiences, share and network with other women with similar worldviews/backgrounds in a safe space, develop skills learned from workshops, seminars and presentations from experienced women professionals. Address issues relating to family life, career, parenting, managing life transitions and becoming grounded in own's cultural identity whilst adjusting to new environments/cultures.
Premarital couples counselling (Group)
Virtual /Face to face sessions. $40 (per person). 1st Saturdays of the month. This Premarital counselling sessions aims to highlight the influence of family (origin) on marriage. How to discover your personality traits and how they impact on your relationship. How to manage cross cultural marriage. Goal setting and its impact on your personal and spiritual health. Conception, pregnancy and parenting and how to successfully navigate the different seasons of marriage. Share and network with other couples in a safe space. Gain insights from others informed lived experiences.
