I work with people aged 16 and above from all backgrounds and welcome anyone seeking support. Clients often come to me when navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, or major life stress. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ communities, First Nations clients, victim-survivors of domestic and family violence, people living with HIV, and those with chronic or disabling conditions. Together, we build safety, develop coping skills, and work toward clarity, stability, and a stronger sense of self.
I offer counselling & case coordination using trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approaches. My work integrates CBT, Motivational Interviewing, skills-based strategies, and EMDR-informed practice. I am EMDR trained through Australian Association of Social Workers and Trauma Recovery Network Australia. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and offer in-person.
