If you're struggling with some of the inevitable challenges in life, experiencing poor mental health, prior trauma, difficulties with your emotions or perhaps unsure exactly what you're feeling - I want to help. I am a registered psychologist with a warm, compassionate nature and more than 16 years of experience supporting children, adolescents and their families. I have a particular interest in supporting young people with anxiety or mood disorders but am open to all clients.
My approach is typically holistic and client-centred. I work well with young people and employing a range of therapeutic approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT, solution-focussed brief therapy and Motivational Interviewing). I am passionate about helping people to feel safe, comfortable and supporting them to live the life they want.
