As a mature person I have the benefit of my own life experience as well as my many years of professional practice that I can draw upon. This has enabled me to help many people to improve the quality of their lives and their relationships and to cope with and overcome the traumas and challenges that life eventually presents to all of us.
I have been in practice for 38 years as a Psychologist and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I have successfully helped clients of all ages with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Performance Anxiety and Phobias. I have developed innovative and successful hypnotic protocols to help clients give up smoking, alcohol, amphetamines, cocaine and gambling .
My 38 years of experience both as Psychologist and a Clinical Hypnotherapist. In that time I have had over 60,000 face to face consultations.
