Trying to figure important things out by yourself is just too difficult. There are times we need the perspective that comes from someone who really listens and cares about you. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships, workplace bullying, bereavement, spiritual growth or being a woman in a male dominated profession (including facing legal issues), I'm here for you. With over 25 years' experience I can help you navigate difficult circumstances while you build confidence, self-esteem, improve personal boundaries and resolve trauma. If you're a dog person who appreciates a good sense of humour, we'll get along famously.
I'm a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years' experience helping clients deal with anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, workplace bullying, recovery from trauma and family of origin issues. I also help with issues related to spiritual growth and colleagues with AHPRA notifications.
Reaching out for help is a courageous thing to do and you may feel anxious about being judged for saying out loud what you've held inside for so long. Together, we'll do everything we can to help you feel accepted, loved, relaxed and even have a laugh. My therapy dog Gizmo is also there for cuddles and empathy.
