I have a strong curiosity for people, the human experience and assisting people in achieving their best potential and life goals. I'm passionate in working with individuals in the LGBTQ+, culturally diverse, and neurodivergent communities and others who experience mental health concerns. I enjoy taking a person-centered approach where you lead where our sessions go — whether that is to “fix” a particular problem you’re experiencing, or to better understand yourself.

I also enjoy working with attachment concerns and how it has affected you in adulthood. My approach is holistic, where I will often try to get to know what’s happening in all aspects of your life to create a well-rounded understanding of your strengths and experiences. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, based on what feels right for you.
