I work with a variety of clients including neurodivergent children, adolescents, adults, and the families who care for them, as well as people navigating life transitions, new parenthood, and perinatal mental health. Many come feeling unseen, or exhausted from trying to explain themselves in spaces that weren't built with them in mind. I bring my own neurodivergent lived experience alongside my clinical training, and I approach every person with genuine curiosity, warmth, and care.
I offer neuroaffirming, trauma-informed therapy and comprehensive psychological assessments for autism, ADHD, learning, and cognitive profiles. I have particular experience with PDA profiles and attachment-based work, and I love collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to create support that feels joined-up and meaningful.
