Feeling worried, overwhelmed, sad, stressed or anxious? Maybe you’re having relationship issues or struggling to get through the day, like you just don't have your regular oomph or energy. Sometimes just getting through the day can seem tough. It’s enough to make anyone feel like curling up on the couch with the dog, Netflix and avoiding facing the day. I recognise how difficult this can be and I am here to help. I am a neurodivergence-affirming, trauma-informed, LGBTIAQ+ affirmative therapist and inclusive of diverse relationship structures.
Counselling can help you increase your ability to handle future stress, and build better and healthier connections with others. I use CBT, EMDR and ACT to support people to improve their mental health, connection with their partners, children, family and friends. I have a special interest in working with teens and their families as well as couples.
I know this can be scary, so well done, you've taken the hardest step, just send an e-mail or call to book a time to begin your journey to a healthier and happier you. The Therapy Hub is a safe space to be yourself.
