I am a caring and supportive Career Coach & Art Therapist, working with clients looking to transition into a more meaningful, purposeful and balanced life. I offer optional creative activities and a self-paced program developed to help clients identify their skills and strengths, enhance self-esteem and confidence, and clarify goals. Anxiety, fear and negative past experiences can get in the way of making changes in your life and affect your wellbeing. I also volunteer as a Grief Counsellor. I take a positive, solution-focussed approach to deal with issues and enhancing client wellbeing is at the heart of my practice.
Passionate about life design, I take a strengths based approach to provide one-on-one career coaching and support to clients wanting to change careers. I also offer Morrisby career assessments and deliver group Art for Wellbeing workshops. Having worked in a variety of industries, I am well connected and can provide alternative perspectives on problems.
Having someone to support you when you are looking at changing direction can help alleviate some of the anxiety or angst about change. As an experienced coach/counsellor, I can work with you as you navigate your future direction and work towards achieving your goals. When working face-to-face, I offer creative tools to support and assist clients.
