My clients often question their relationship with alcohol, even if they don't identify as alcoholics. Usually binge drinking and high functioning drinking is the main presenting issue. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, confidential space to discuss their concerns, free from shame and stigma. Their goals vary: quitting, taking a break, or addressing current challenges. Many face depression, anxiety, or difficult life events. Some clients are French speakers - not always coming because of alcohol addiction. Regardless, understanding and empathy are central to my approach.

I'm a qualified registered counsellor who went through alcohol addiction. My mission is to offer counselling services to all grey area drinkers: high-functioning, occasional binge, or unsure but unhappy drinkers. I'm currently completing online 'Psychology of Addictions - Neurobiology' with Stanford University to become the expert in the field in Australia.

My own story may help me understand what you may going through especially when it comes to alcohol addiction. I'll welcome you warmly with no judgement, genuine empathy, and an open mind to talk in confidentiality about your concerns, and goals.
