I create a space where you can feel safe, understood and accepted. I focus on your strengths. I help you identify what you are doing well and build on those abilities. My specialist skills can help people of all ages and abilities to express their thoughts and feelings creatively.
I use evidence-based therapies and focussed psychological strategies that are proven to be effective. Depending on your individual needs, these can include: CBT, EMDR Psychotherapy, relaxation strategies, psychoeducation, skills in problem solving, anger management, social skills, communication, stress management.
I will work alongside you to address the challenges life has presented. We will add to your ‘toolbox’ of skills to cope with life and create positive experiences along the way. Reach out! You will find me in my Therapy Rooms in Kareela or Engadine with gentle music playing, and essential oils filling the air; or perhaps on a yoga mat.
