I tailor my approach using evidence based counselling therapies and techniques that includes: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness and Strengths-based therapeutic approaches. I provide support to individual adults, families and couples. Also, facilitate an anger management course with a court approved certificate
I have extensive professional as well as life experience and in addition to my private practice, have worked for both government and not-for-profit organisations.
