I specialise in 3 core areas of holistic family health: • Adult Well-being: Processing matrescence, burnout, & personal triggers. • Perinatal & Infant Mental Health (0-2): Bonding, birth trauma, & infant settling. • Child & Family Therapy (3-12): Treating anxiety, big emotions, & challenging behaviours using Certified Synergetic Play Therapy, & CBT.
Unlike general play used as an adjunct, my Certified Synergetic Play Therapy framework tracks the nervous system, weaving CBT principles into play for younger children.
