I'm here to walk alongside you without judgement. You don’t have to figure it all out alone, and I will not ask you to practice anything I haven't tried myself before.
I combine psychology, psychotherapy, and sexology to offer an integrative, strengths-based approach. Drawing on my background in education, ADHD support, and couples therapy — including the Gottman Method — I help clients build self-awareness, develop coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy should feel practical and relaxed.
I am offering face to face and online sessions in a warm boutique space in the heart of the CBD of Sydney.
