Most of my clients are working professionals, parents, or young adults navigating life transitions and challenges such as past trauma, family stressors, dating and relationship issues, work stress, low mood, anxiety, unclear life goals, and poor life satisfaction.
My psychological treatment and therapeutic approach is drawn from my diverse training in Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
