Hello, I'm Margo. I am passionate about working with individuals interested in better understanding themselves and their experiences, in view of improving their sense of wellbeing, capacity to manage difficulties, grow in self-acceptance and authenticity, and to experience more satisfying relationships. My approach is grounded in a foundation of empathy and curiosity. I believe that meaningful change can occur in genuine relatedness with another person, where we can feel safe, understood and supported to explore and grow in our understanding of, and connection to, ourselves.
I work with adult individuals who may be experiencing concerns related to anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem, relationships (family, romantic, friends, work), or adjustment to life changes. I aim to support clients' development of personal insight, ability to better manage life's challenges and difficult emotions, and develop new healthy ways of being.
