Hello! My name is Cassandra and I am a neurodivergent counsellor with chronic illness (hEDS, endometriosis, FND) with ACA accreditation, with an interest in art and other creative therapies. I love to create a safe, laid-back environment that is client-directed. If you want to sit and chat with a cup of tea, paint, sculpt, get up and take a walk, write, any way you choose to conduct a session is a-ok with me! I am here to help you navigate through the oceans of life; just as the manta ray is attuned to flow of currents and adapts to conserve precious energy, our work together can help you find balance in your life.
I offer a flexible service catered to your needs. I am available for sessions online via telehealth, phone calls and in person, and I am open to clients from ages 5 and upwards. If you want to paint, draw, sculpt, write, take a walk or just sit and chat, I'm here to help create a space that feels best for you.
