Hello, I'm Mandy. I am passionate about supporting people to make sense and meaning of their lives. I work with people from all walks of life and with issues and concerns ranging from grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, all forms of addictions, relationships and more. My approach is to walk alongside you as we navigate your circumstances, whether that be a crisis or a desire to understand yourself more deeply.

My approach is person centred and I will meet you where you are and together we can work towards the outcomes you desire. Through listening deeply and being present to you, therapy will be tailored to meet your needs.
