As a psychologist, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and improve their mental wellbeing. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working towards their goals.
I tailor my therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, play based, mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I am passionate about helping clients develop insight into themselves, as well as empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.
In my work as a psychologist, I am constantly inspired by the resilience and courage of my clients. It is a privilege to witness their growth and transformation, and I am grateful for the opportunity to support them on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.
