About
Dr Maggie Hall is the founder of Inner South Psychology. She is an experienced clinical psychologist who uses a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to treat a wide variety of difficulties in adults of all ages. She has expertise in the treatment of anxiety and depression as well as stress, relationship difficulties, low self esteem, adjustment, life transitions, problems at work, sleep difficulties, loss, grief, addictions and managing difficult emotions.
Dr Maggie Hall uses evidenced based treatments and therapy is tailored to the individual needs of the client. Maggie has expertise in the provision of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) as well as mindfulness based treatments.
Dr Maggie Hall has worked across a range of public and private mental health settings including The Melbourne Clinic and The Alfred. She was also previously a lecturer for the Doctor of Clinical Psychology program at Deakin University and a clinical associate at Swinburne University
