I will listen to your story without judgement, and validate your experiences as well as all your emotions. I "get it" - I know the reality of loving a sex addict. I can empathise when you say you feel undesirable or not good enough. I will help you understand betrayal trauma.
How I can help: a safe space to vent, scream, shout, cry or whatever you need to release your emotions. You will feel seen, heard, supported and validated, without feeling judged. You will find someone you can speak freely to without feeling ashamed or embarrassed. You will receive support to find yourself again.
