I am a Clinical Psychologist with ten years experience in private practice. I enjoy working with adults and older adults, and provide treatment for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment and trauma related disorders, low self-esteem, perfectionism, ADHD and stress. I like to foster a warm and collaborative approach, work with clients to understand their symptoms and difficulties, and provide evidence based treatment using cognitive behavioural therapy, meta-cognitive therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy informed interventions.
I am passionate about providing psychoeducation throughout the treatment process, to improve client's ability to apply their therapy skills after treatment is completed, and reduce their risk of relapse.
