Hi, I’m Maddy. I’m a Level 3 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. I help people explore the patterns and feelings that shape their experience, cultivating curiosity, compassion, and self-trust. Together, we notice automatic reactions without judgement, strengthen your connection with yourself, and create space to make choices from calm and clarity. My role is to provide a steady, attuned presence and guidance, helping you build internal harmony and a sense of ease that supports meaningful, lasting change.
I use IFS alongside trauma-informed and somatic approaches to support emotional regulation, self-trust, and clarity. In a safe, attuned space, we explore patterns and responses without judgement, helping change unfold in a way that is sustainable, compassionate, and deeply personal.
Therapy can feel vulnerable, and I offer a space where your experience is seen and respected. If you’re curious about understanding yourself more deeply, easing inner conflict, and strengthening self-trust, you’re warmly invited to explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
