If you are looking for a different way of doing things, more understanding of yourself or simply having someone really listen, I can help guide you to gain insight and take action in your life. I value creating a safe space where all people, thoughts and feelings are welcome. Using an integrative approach, I consider which therapies best suit you, rather than one size fits all. Wait times for new clients are currently 2 -3 weeks.
I have specific experience with anxiety, and I also often see clients through various times of change or when they're feeling stuck. I am based in College Park and am also passionate about offering support to regional areas in the form of online sessions. Online sessions are also available for anyone else that would prefer this type of therapy.
