I offer my support and guidance for you to gain insight and take action in your life. You have shown great strength in just getting to this point and having the awareness of needing some extra support. I aim to create a safe space where all people, thoughts and feelings are welcome. Using an integrative approach, I consider which therapies best suit you individually rather than one size fits all.
I have specific experience with anxiety, and I also often see clients through various times of change or when they are feeling stuck. While I am based in College Park, I am passionate about offering support to regional areas in the form of online sessions. Online sessions are also available for anyone else that would prefer this type of therapy.
