About
Are you struggling with major changes, loss or uncertainty about the future? So many people are finding the loss of security and stability from pandemic-related events has hampered their ability to plan and develop, or set back their recovery from past traumatic situations. Maybe you're contending with a child’s worsening behaviour or mental health and you're feeling overwhelmed, frustrated or at a loss. Your family or partner relationships may be becoming more strained or volatile. Real Life Counselling provides a supportive space to explore and address your concerns about the realities facing you and your loved ones.
Experienced individual counsellor specialising in stress, trauma, parenting, relationship and family issues. I offer the chance to build a safe therapeutic bond where you can connect with your strengths and vulnerability, process the impact of significant life events and relationships, explore new ways of relating or parenting and access states of wellbeing.
I work respectfully alongside you, always considering *your* experience, knowledge and choices, to find the way forward. I can also support you with information and strategies based on child & adolescent development, systemic family therapy and attachment-based parenting programs.
