I’m Luna, Psychologist, Supervisor, EMDR Accredited Practitioner, and EFT Couples Therapist. I work with individuals who are capable and insightful yet feel stuck in anxiety, self-doubt, trauma responses, or repeating relational patterns. I also support couples who care deeply for each other but feel caught in cycles of conflict, distance, mistrust, or the impact of infidelity and broken trust. I help clients understand the attachment and trauma roots of these patterns, process emotional wounds, and shift how they relate, moving toward greater stability, trust, and connection.

I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing on EMDR, EFT, ACT, CFT and CBT. Treatment is tailored to each client, with a focus on trauma, attachment patterns, and shifting long-standing emotional and relational difficulties toward greater stability, clarity, and connection.

Grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed care, my work supports healing, growth, and empowerment. My practice is inclusive, neuroaffirming, and welcoming to LGBTQIA+, CALD, and POC communities, as well as those in monogamous and ethically non-monogamous relationships.
