I am a clinical psychologist who works with adults experiencing a range of psychological difficulties including depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, adjustment disorder, and stress related problems. I also specialise in the area of persistent pain and chronic health conditions, helping clients to understand the complex interaction between psychological and biological processes and to develop skills to improve their quality of life.
I utilise evidence based treatments including CBT and ACT, underpinned by a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship, to help my clients achieve their goals.
I can see clients with a mental health care plan, those involved with TAC, as well as privately insured clients. Rebates are available for Medicare clients. I charge no gap fees for TAC clients.
