I enjoy working with people from the LGBT+ community, couples, and people with anxiety disorders. I like to help clients formulate/map how all aspects of their life shape their mental health. My reflective and formulation-based approach helps people to be realistic and empowered when considering how they want to live their lives.
I have a conversational and non-judgemental approach. My main therapeutic approaches are CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals, couples, or families), and systemic therapies. These are evidence-based therapies which I practice after years of training, supervision and experience.
