Hi, I'm Luke. I work with adults & kids to recover from their symptoms & build a life full of meaning, safety, purpose & happiness. I work with a client-focussed & trauma-informed approach that seeks to affirm your inherent strengths & values & considers you as the authority on your own life. I’m committed to psychological safety & work to maintain an inclusive environment for all identities & cultures. I am experienced with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, acute stress, PTSD, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, men’s issues, stress & burnout, workplace injuries, life transitions, parenting adjustments and spirituality. I am accredited by SIRA to provide WorkCover Insurance referrals.

I practice from a Psychodynamic & Attachment focus but integrate other therapies. If you need someone to understand you & commit to staying the course as you heal please get in touch. Altered State Medicine Assisted Psychotherapy is available by psychiatrist referral.
