I support individuals and couples. If you are experiencing stress or tension in your relationships, or experiencing grief, sadness or anxiety, or want more meaningful contact with the world, I will work with your heart to comfort your pain and find ways to be in the world that enliven your soul. I also see people about queer/gay male or trans living; sexuality and sex life; childhood sexual abuse and incest; family neglect and estrangement; pornography use.

I use gestalt therapy and EFT in my approach. I aim to raise awareness of what you, or your relationship, wants, needs, and longs for. Together, we can experiment with deeper ways to love yourself and your loved ones, so you can integrate more self-loving ways of being in the world, have more satisfying life experiences and relationships.

Through my own personal therapeutic work, and witnessing the growth of my clients and group therapy participants, I know that recovery from our wounds is not only possible but absolutely worth it. My hope is to support you to thrive in life and feel the relief and hope of recovery, which I know feels wonderful.

I am Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focussed (EFT) informed and find a parts approach to be very supportive in therapy. I am also trained in Solution Focused Brief Therapy and can use this approach if you agree it will be helpful.
