I have 8 years experience in NDIS settings in various roles.
My expertise includes working with complex trauma, autism, adhd, and mood disorders.
Taken together with my background in music performance these experiences have developed my special interests of the intersection of psychology and trauma, neurodiversity, health, performance, and music.
I offer telehealth services australia-wide, community based services for ndis clients, and in clinic services at Rest in Essence Newcastle. I use approaches of EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT and offer cognitive, adhd, learning, mental health & capacity psychological assessments. I see individuals, teens, adults, workcover, defence, private, and ndis funded clients.
Up to 30% of outcomes are based on the therapeutic relationship. Therapy is such a human process with so many complexities - it's why i love what i do - so it's really important to me that we are a good fit and you feel comfortable with me.
