I work with folks who are looking to transform themselves and their lives. They recognise that their symptoms are the psyche's way of communicating that something needs to change. They are curious and smart, yet struggle to meet their potential. They can seem fine on the outside, but on the inside they are at rock bottom. They are looking to be witnessed by someone who wants to know their hopes, dreams and nightmares. They believe that transformation is possible, and that they have a unique gift to offer the world. They might feel lost, but deep down they know they are capable of greatness.
At the core of my work is a belief that people can be healed through the gift of being deeply seen and heard. I help you to speak the unspoken, so that you might have every part of you witnessed and healed. I believe you can free yourself of the burdens that hold you back from becoming the person you were born to be.
