I had broad experience treating adults and teenagers with a wide range of difficulties, specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety and trauma. I have experience working in a range of settings, including schools, community health, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric unit and private practice. I utilize a range of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
