I support recovery from abusive relationships, spiritual abuse, or membership of high-demand/high-control communities and cults. You might also be making difficult choices in the context of faith or faith-community expectations, and I offer culturally respectful counselling for Jehovah's Witnesses, Catholics, and members or former members of Opus Dei.
If you need to talk, I am here to listen. My counselling style is person-centred, and informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This means that I don't start with a fixed agenda for you but am here to help you discern and articulate your values, as you set your direction.
I am currently available at Magenta Place, Norton St Leichhardt, on alternate Saturdays, 9am - 5pm. If you would like to make a booking, please send me an email.
