The power to change comes from education. You can expect your practitioner to take the time to get to know you, learn about you, and then use guided discovery to work with you so that you can understand more about how life events, your environment, and your genetic makeup are working both for and against you. We seek to give you skills that empower you to consciously choose your path with this knowledge in mind. Louise works with clients from all backgrounds and has particular experience with veterans and first responders. She has lived experience of trauma, is a cancer survivor and proud parent of twins living with a disability.
Louise is an experienced Clinician who offers a person-centred approach. This means you are an active participant in the focus and direction of the therapy. Our role is to show you the evidence-based approaches and how they apply to your situation while giving you the skills to do this yourself in the future.
