I am a supportive, nurturing therapist helping people resolve anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, depression, the effects of trauma and many other difficulties and concerns. I love my work and I take great pleasure witnessing people strengthen their lives as they gain support and clarity.
I am passionate about helping people deepen awareness, increase well-being and growth, and experience fulfilling lives.
I create a respectful and non-judgmental environment where your self-dignity, connection, and self-esteem can naturally evolve. I also work with the awareness of how the complexities of our world impact us, providing you with the tools to navigate, understand, and thrive in its complexity and creativity.
I offer sessions in my private and supportive rooms in both North Carlton and Fitzroy, and also via zoom.
