I welcome youth (16-25 years), adults and older adults, Veterans/First Responders/Health Professionals and LGBTIQ+ people. I also welcome First Nations Australians, and have trained working with First Nations Australians, particularly Whadjuk Noongar people in whose land I work and live. I do not currently see couples or family groups for counselling, and do not undertake court-ordered, family court or forensic assessments and reports as I feel these are best completed by clinicians who are specially trained in these areas.
I have trained in a range of modalities and work with my clients utilising therapeutic techniques including CBT, Solution Focused/Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
With my broad experience and down to earth approach, I believe I can connect with you, help you work through your challenges, and offer you tools and techniques to assist you to make the changes you need to move toward a rich and meaningful life.
