Every relationship leaves something behind: a way of protecting yourself, a pattern you didn't choose, a version of yourself you learned to lead with because it felt safer than the authentic one. You may know what you "should" do, but something stops you from saying the thing out loud. Maybe in this relationship, maybe in all of them.

Therapy with me makes space for deeper self-understanding: why the same patterns keep repeating. I work with adults navigating pregnancy and postpartum, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, eating disorders, grief, and the impacts of psychosis.
Underneath almost all of it, there's a relationship: with someone else, with yourself, or with the life you imagined. My approach is relational and psychodynamic.
